Green Check
Green Check is a comprehensive resource pack and support package developed by Groundwork. The aim of the programme is to support schools to develop an Environmental Management System and analyse their processes and systems in connection to issues such as energy use, water and waste. Groundwork facilitators will work students, staff and governors within the schools to deliver a range of activities to work towards improving their environmental performance. The programme is being piloted in the North East and Yorkshire & Humber regions and is funded by Groundwork, United Utilities and United Futures. In the North East the Green Check programme is being delivered regionally via Groundwork North East and Groundwork Yorkshire & the Humber
